Quickness and agility have at all times been coveted assets in athletes. Ever since Greek and Roman times the quickest most athletic people were held in elevated esteem and revered. The athletic champions of all ages have become the stuff of legend. Probably the most coveted titles in the Track and Field World is the Quickest Man in the World. The old phrase “Speed Kills” is true for a reason, nothing impacts a sport more than speed as well as agility. Give it some thought, in baseball the lead off hitter who can arrive at first disrupts the sport with just the threat of a stolen base; football players who blitz the quarter-back using his speed and agility can destroy a drive dead and in basketball it is known as the fast break for a cause. Are you slow? Will your crew think you’re slow? These proven methods can dramatically enhance your speed and agility.
