Perhaps the most common injury among triathletes is tearing their ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). It is not only wide-spread, but it really can be extremely agonizing and even require surgical procedure to mend. In case you currently, or have ever enjoyed sports, then chances are you know someone who may have suffered with this kind of impairment, and maybe even have suffered from this yourself.
