Owners tend to drill some holes for the improvement of their home. Most of the time, small holes are made for much simpler use like to organize wires and to hang something on walls. But one cannot avoid punching in bigger holes for much bigger projects on a much stronger material just like the installation of lightings on the backyard.

Most people who make holes in masonry use one of two different tools. The first is whats called a Rotary Hammer; a hammer that rotates. The other tool is called a hammer drill; a drill that vibrates. But often it’s confused as to which is the best option.

Commonly, it is confused on what tool to use when drilling masonry. Both the Rotary Hammer and the Hammer Drill can be one’s best option. Each having a different set of purposes.
