It was raining this weekend, it was muddy it was windy. Who in their right mind would be a goakeeper on days like this?
I always like to warm my goalkeeper up so they are ready when the match starts, on days like this weekend it is more than vital to do so. And you [...]

David Beckham’s rehabilitation with the LA Galaxy fans will be completed when he goes with the team to join US soldiers on a morale-boosting trip to show their support for the ongoing military campaign in Afghanistan. They’re back in love with him anyway after he took them to the weekend’s MLS Cup Final.
They’ll be there [...]

The Tampa Buccaneers are one of the many teams in the NFL trying to start from the ground up and rebuild their franchise. After the Super Bowl win in 02′ the Buccaneers haven’t had much success.

I always like to end my coaching sessions with a competition of some sorts that the players look forward too and lets them take their minds off the technical side of our sport and allow the fun side to envelope them for 10 minutes.

Wow, what a turnaround it’s been in New York! Not only does the team have a new coach, a new rookie QB, some new role players, and more, but the entire team looks completely revitalized in a way like I’ve never seen it before.

What can we say about the Oakland Raiders? After an amazing start to the decade (think back to the dominant days of Gannon, Rice, Brown, Garner, Woodson, and others), the Raiders simply haven’t been what they used to be. As a Jets fan myself, I can remember fearing the presence of the almighty Raiders year in and year out. Times have obviously changed.

There’s been a lot of hype surrounding the San Diego Chargers entering this new year of football. I’ve heard about Super Bowls in addition to the fact that they’re obvious NFC West favorites. After all, the Chiefs and Raiders have been consistently weak in recent years, not to mention the fact that the Broncos are a shell of what they were last year.

In Super Bowl XLIII, the Pittsburgh Steelers became the first team in the Super Bowl era to win 6 championships, quite a remarkable feat. In 2009, the Steelers are looking to add to the franchise’s trophy case with a 7th Lombardi Trophy, but this might prove more difficult then ever for a repeat championship.
